MSME WEEK UGANDA 2026
A FEW HELPFUL ANSWERS.
Plan your visit and understand how applications work.
When and where is the main event?
19–21 November 2026 at UMA Multipurpose Hall, UMA Show Grounds, Lugogo, Kampala. The programme uses East Africa Time (UTC+3).
How do I register?
Complete the participant application form and select your category, event and days. Every application is reviewed by the organizer. A reference number acknowledges receipt; it is not an admission ticket.
What does registration cost?
Fees are not yet set. No online payment is currently collected. The organizer will confirm any applicable fee before asking you to pay.
Will I receive a ticket?
Approved participant applications receive a unique registration reference and private QR/PDF ticket by email. Keep your ticket private and present it at the event entrance.
Can I register a group?
Yes. A group application can include up to 10 attendees. Obtain permission to share each person’s details. Each attendee requires individual approval and receives a separate ticket.
Are there regional events?
Yes: Busoga (1–2 October), West Nile (29–30 October), Albertine/Rwenzori (2–6 November), and Kampala (19–21 November), all in 2026. See Regional Weeks for venues and current status.
Can I exhibit, sponsor or nominate a business?
Use the Exhibit & Sponsor page to express interest or the Awards page to submit a nomination. Prices, award guidelines and the nomination deadline will be announced by the organizer.
How can I request accessibility or dietary support?
Use the optional support-needs field in your application. Share only information needed for event arrangements. The organizer will contact you where clarification is needed.
What if I need to change or cancel my application?
Contact the organizer with your registration reference. Transfers, refunds and paid-ticket terms will be published before online payments are activated.
Will there be Mobile Money payments?
MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money through Yo! Payments are planned for a later phase. No online payment is active now. You will never be asked to enter your Mobile Money PIN on this website.
