Applications and approval

Submitting an application is a request to participate. Places, exhibition space, sponsorships and award eligibility are subject to organizer review and confirmation. An acknowledgement or reference number is not an admission ticket.

Fees and payments

Registration fees and package prices have not yet been finalized. No online payment is currently requested or collected. The organizer will publish fees, payment methods, cancellation, transfer and refund terms before accepting online payments. Do not send money in response to an unverified request.

Programme and attendance

The programme, speakers, venue arrangements and session availability may change. The organizer will communicate material changes through official event channels. Approved participants should keep their private tickets secure and follow venue and event instructions.

Nominations and applications

Provide accurate information and share only material you have permission to submit. Award nominations are reviewed under the final published guidelines; nomination does not guarantee eligibility or selection. Exhibition allocations and sponsorship benefits require separate confirmation.

Cancellations, transfers and refunds

Contact the organizer with your application reference if plans change. As online payments are not active, no online refund process applies at this stage. Complete paid-ticket cancellation and refund terms require organizer approval before a payment launch.
